News and Events

On Friday June 6th APAC and the Friends of the Town of Chester Library sponsored an evening of LIVE and STREAMING jazz performances from regional and world-class players.

Starting things off was Burlington, Vermont's Clay Man which played a very enjoyable set of progressive jazz.. This was followed by a LIVE streaming feed from Jazz at Lincoln Centers concert series-the JALC orchestra playing Ellington. The webcast and sound fidelity were excellent and created a real sense being in the audience at Lincoln Center.

The event was well attended and enjoyed by all!

We will be hosting additional performances of Jazz at Lincoln Center stating with the 2014-15 season in the fall of 2014.
